I come from a nontraditional background, starting in business process and IT audit, where I developed a knack for breaking down complex systems and spotting inefficiencies. That same curiosity led me to product design, where I've worked at fast-paced ed-tech startups like iago (Pear VC, Reach Capital) and Numerade (General Catalyst), where I designed thoughtful, end-to-end experiences for Japanese and STEM learners.

I’m passionate about user research, experience design, and rapid iteration — always driven by a hunger to understand, test, and make things better. Now, I’m looking to return to what first sparked my interest in product design: SaaS. I’m drawn to solving operational pain points at scale and creating smarter, more intuitive tools.

Outside of work, you’ll probably find me at the ceramics studio, tuning into a behavioral science podcast, or on the hunt for the next funky co-ferment coffee. Let’s work together!
