About

Hi, I'm Tiffany!

I come from an unconventional background of business and IT audit, where I developed an interest in understanding people, breaking down process complexities, and designing seamless experiences. I previously worked at Iago (Pear VC, Reach Capital) and Numerade (General Catalyst), where I conduct user research, design end-to-end experiences, and execute rapid reiteration on products for Japanese and STEM learners.

When not designing, my happy place is at the ceramics studio, headphones in, listening to a behavioral science podcast. Or trying out a new funky co-ferment coffee!
